Our company philosophy has always been related to two terms that initially appear to be contradictory: TRADITION and MODERNITY. Our slogan reflects this: “Yesterday’s taste with today’s pace®” is not just a phrase that embodies the main strengths of our ovens, but also reflects our feelings as a company and as individuals.

And we pass this on to our products: we have been developing and innovating based on the same product for over 45 years, combining tradition and the knowledge of local craftsmen with the most innovative design and production technologies, in order to obtain a product that is unique in the market.

At Josper, we are always looking towards the future: the next generation of the family is led by Sandra Juli and Manu Yebras, who continue to break ground with new machines, new production methods and the dynamism behind  our joining the huge group The Middleby Corporation. A new impetus to grow and spread grilling over charcoal by taking it to every corner of the globe, makes Josper the world leader in grilling: ours is a way of life, and we have a true passion for grilling.
